- What if I cannot log back in to the NegotiAge website?
- To log into NegotiAge click on the link provided when you enrolled in the study. This link is unique to you. Once you click on that link it will take you to the NegotiAge website. There, click on the button that says “Log in as a research participant.” If you are still unable to log in for any reason, or need us to re-send you your study link, please contact the research study coordinator for assistance at negotiage@northwestern.edu.

- If you are having issues with the negotiation website, please review the tutorial and the instructions first. To access the tutorial for the negotiation website, Click Here. - What if I did not receive an email with the link to my survey?
- If you did not receive an email with the link to a survey, please check your spam or junk email folder first! If you still cannot locate the email, please reach out to a research study coordinator for assistance at negotiage@northwestern.edu.
- I have not received my gift card in the mail. Who can help me with this?
- Please allow up to 4 weeks after each survey completion to receive your gift card in the mail. If you have not received your card by this time, please reach out to us at negotiage@northwestern.edu and we will get a replacement card sent out to you.

- Since this website is currently part of an active research study, we ask that you please do not share this website with others. We will inform study participants once the research phase is over and you are able to openly share the website with anyone else in the future.
